Ограничение посылки SendText в ServerSocket [D7, WinXP]

Кто нибудь подскажите в чем проблема.

For j:=1 to 45 do
begin
 send:=send+inttostr(1)+' ';
end;
ServerSocket1.Socket.Connections[0].SendText(send);

Ошибка List Index Out Of Bounds
