Как включить меню в D7 WebDeploy

Создал проект ActiveX, сохранил, вышел, открываю снова,
WebDeploy - уже не активный, удалял все cfg, dof, dsk файлы не
помогает, WebDeploy светится только если создаешь с нуля компанент,
а вот у повторно открытых уже не работает, это глюк в D7, или это
как то можно исправить?

Ха, народ, смотрите что советуют делать в самом Борланде (от
такого ответа я уж точно не ожидал, но слава богу, проблема до
повторного открытия проекта исчезла)

to add another activeform to the project, and then remove the
newly added activeform from the project. The type library gets
altered because of this, but it takes hardly any time to do (IIRC,
it places the new entries in the type library at the bottom of the
listing, the last 4 options I believe need deleting) and from then
on (until you close the project and re open it) you have web
deployment options enabled, this will also handle the version
number and so on, but not the blasted object tag size!!!
