What controls that support Unicode Text / Caption ?

OK thanks. The Compiler detect now, but the text wasn't display correctly. My code is like this

 Label1.Caption := WStrLoadFromFile('Unicode.txt');


in VCL it's works fine. Are there other settings related to Font Properties ? I've used Arial Unicode MS. In VCL it works with general font like Times New Roman,Arial,Courier New etc.

I've add the UNICODE_CTRLS in the Conditional Defines, but its doesn't work. The Compiler doesn't detect UNICODE_CTRLS Define. What's wrong ?
