autofree form ?
Boguslaw © (2005-12-22 20:17:00)I'd like to create forms from dll and show them,but it must be not-modally because one form could be show just after another (it is XP tooltip replacement)
I need this form to be show and on timer to close it which should free itself automatically like in VCL in OnClose Action:= caFree
Is it possible ? Can't find such option in KOL
Can I do just Form.Free safetly in Form OnClose event ?

It is missing functionality under KOL to not support caFree option to autofree forms.
Thaddy (2005-12-22 20:26:00) [3]No, but you can do PostMessage with WM_DESTROY from the close event and invoke the destructor, i think. Also check out TOnClose in kol.pas. I believe it is different, but equivalent to OnClose in VCL and well documented in the sourcecode.
