OnMouseOver Effect (TKOLBitBtn.Flat) missing in 2.08

buttons[i].flat := true;
buttons[i].tag := i;
buttons[i].onmouseleave:= dummyFlatProc;
buttons[i].onmouseenter:= dummyFlatProc;
hopefully this work-around is not more required in next kol release 0o
