Synapse for KOL

Is there information on the KOL website (or here) about Synapse units for KOL? A download .zip for synapse KOL? I couldn't much info yet...
Sorry for not coming to the forums as often lately! I have been using Linux and working on PSP CGI stuff, but will always come back to KOL.

Note it is based on an older version of synapse. The newer version is harder to translate to KOL.

Any one know the project status, whether most of synapse was working?
